Terms of Use

These terms apply to the L-Topia app and the website ltopia.app. By creating a family account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use L-Topia.
1. Family accounts
- The account must be created by a parent or legal guardian who is an adult.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account.
- Please give each child a nickname, not their full name.
2. Using the app
- L-Topia is for personal, family learning. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the app's security, or reach other families' information.
- Messages sent through "Contact us" must be respectful and must not contain unlawful content.
3. Content
The characters, stories, pictures, voices and lessons in L-Topia belong to L-Topia or its licensors. You may use them only inside the app for learning.
4. The service
- We work hard to keep L-Topia running and accurate, but it is provided "as is". We cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
- We may add, change or remove missions and features. New worlds may be added over time.
- L-Topia supports learning; it does not replace a teacher or school.
5. Subscriptions and codes
- Chapter 1 of Little Inventors is free for 1 student. A plan opens all missions: the Single plan for 1 student, or the Family plan for up to 4 students in the family account.
- Each plan is sold as a Google Play subscription (monthly, every 3 months or yearly). The price and any discount are shown in the app before you pay, and payment is charged to your Google Play account. Moving from the Single to the Family plan is done in the app; Google Play credits the unused days.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next payment. After cancelling, the plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. For help, write to us.
- Promo codes give the plan and the number of free days written with the code, can be used once per family, and cannot be exchanged for money.
6. Ending an account
You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where possible.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, L-Topia is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
8. Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell parents in the app about important changes.
