Signing in

I didn't get the confirmation e-mail

Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the e-mail address is spelled correctly.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?. We send a code to your e-mail; type it in the app and choose a new password.

The app says "No internet connection"

Check Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the phone is online, try turning off VPN, ad-blocker or "Private DNS" apps, which can block the app's server.

Children

How do I add another child?

Open the parent area and add a child: choose a nickname, grade, avatar and a short code.

My child forgot their code

In the parent area, choose the child and set a new code.

Voices and reminders

How do I change the voice language?

Tap the 🌐 button on the welcome screen and choose English or Egyptian Arabic. The language changes the voices only.

How do I turn off the evening reminders?

Open your phone's Settings → Notifications → L-Topia and turn them off.

Family plan and codes

What is free?

Chapter 1 of Little Inventors (missions 1 to 10) is free for 1 student. The Single plan opens all missions for 1 student; the Family plan opens them for up to 4 students.

How do I subscribe?

Open the parent area and tap See plans. Choose Single or Family, then monthly, every 3 months or yearly; Google Play takes the payment.

How do I cancel?

In the parent area tap Manage subscription in Google Play, or open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → L-Topia → Cancel. Missions stay open until the end of the period you paid for.

I changed phones and the missions are locked

Sign in with the same parent e-mail, open the parent area, tap See plans and then Restore purchases. Make sure Google Play on the new phone uses the Google account you paid with.

I want to add another child

The free plan and the Single plan have room for 1 student. In the parent area tap Upgrade to the Family plan (up to 4 students); Google Play credits the unused days of the Single plan.

I have a code

Open the parent area and tap Have a code?. L-Topia codes work there straight away. Google Play codes are used in Google Play; the app opens it for you.
