Delete your account

L-Topia · for parents and guardians

You can remove one child, or delete the whole family account and everything in it. Deleting cannot be undone.

Remove one child (in the app)

1. Open L-Topia and go to the parent area.
2. Choose the child you want to remove.
3. Tap Remove and confirm.

The child's profile, progress and activity are deleted straight away.

Delete the whole family account (in the app)

1. Open L-Topia and go to the parent area.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Type your password and tap Delete my account forever.

The account and all of its information are deleted straight away.

No longer have the app?

1. Send an e-mail to support@ltopia.app from the e-mail address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my L-Topia account".
2. We reply to confirm the request came from you.
3. We delete the account and all its information within 30 days, and e-mail you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (e-mail address and password).
• All children's profiles: nicknames, grades, avatars and child codes.
• All progress, rewards, streaks and activity events.
• Records of practice reports sent, and your contact messages.

What may be kept

Nothing that identifies your family is kept after deletion. Copies may remain in encrypted server backups for up to 30 more days before those backups are replaced; they are not used for anything else.
